Magdalen College was established thirty years ago to answer the Second Vatican Council`s call for the Catholic education and formation of young people.
The founders endowed the College with its mission of teaching young men and women to seek intellectual, moral, social, and spiritual excellence.
Named for Saint Mary Magdalen, the lay apostle of Our Lord, Magdalen College teaches the lay vocation and lay apostolate to its students so that they can be missionaries of the new evangelization called for by Pope John Paul II.
