Our advertisers pay for the costs of running Free For Catholics, which is how we can offer everything absolutely free. Advertisers are paying to attract those who might be interested in what they have to offer and get them to sample their offers at no risk.

How do I order free offers?
Simply browse to items of interest and place them in your shopping cart. When you have all the items you want, simply click the Checkout button at the bottom of your cart on the shopping cart page. This will take you to the Checkout page. If you are a New User, enter your email address where it says "New users, enter your email address to begin Checking Out"

You must use a valid email address if you want to get your order confirmation and further instructions on how to get certain free offers (if the free offer requires you receive further information on how to get your free offer). You must also provide your exact mailing address if you want to actually receive your free offers from the organization providing it to you. When you place an order you will receive an order verification email immediately. If you do not receive an email confirmation from your order within 24 hours, please contact us. Please make sure you have a valid email address and mailing address or we cannot deliver your order.

How long will it take to get my free offers?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your free offers. In many cases they will come much sooner, but some offers can take up to 6 weeks.

What do I do if I have a problem with a free offer I received?
Once you receive your free offers, you must deal with that company directly if you have any problems. Free For Catholics is not responsible for any free offers that are not delivered or that you have any problem with once received. If you have any problems contacting the company, you may contact us for assistance in getting you their contact information.

Is there a limit to how many free offers I can request?
You can choose up to 10 free offers per order from the hundreds of free offers available. Most members order at least one of our Featured free offers, but there are hundreds in our general listing and New Offers pages.

How do I become a member?
You become a member at the time of placing your first order during the check out process. To become a member, click the "Checkout" button when you have free offers in your shopping cart and you will be brought to a first page that takes your membership information and allows you to put in your login information for future use.

How do I order free offers for another person?
Our advertisers require that a person ordering their free offer has had a chance to review the offer and make the decision to order through Free For Catholics. Therefore, you are not able to order free offers for other people. The best thing to do is to tell them to go to our website, or send them any free offers directly using our Tell A Friend service. We'll email your that person and they are able to click right to it on Free For Catholics, where then can proceed to order it, if they want.

If I live outside of the U.S., can I still order?
Yes, but only offers that indicate that they are available worldwide. There are offers only available to those in the U.S. and Canada. If you are residing outside the U.S. and Canada, you will not be able to check out with free offers that are restricted to the U.S. and Canada.

How do I change my mailing address or e-mail address?
You can do this within your account. Click on the 'Your Account' link found at the top right corner of every page. Once you login by entering your on-file email address and password, you'll pull up your account record page and can update any field you wish. You can also modify your information during the checkout process any time you place a free offer order. PLEASE NOTE: Many free offers are delivered by email to your email address the instant you confirm your order. So watch for emails from Free For Catholics, and make sure you have an up-to-date, valid email address in your account. Otherwise, we will not be able to deliver your order.

How do I take my name off your mailing list?
You can choose to cancel your Free For Catholics membership at any time. To do so, simply contact us and make your request. Please note that companies that have your name due to previous orders you placed on Free For Catholics would have to be contacted directly in order to be removed from their list.

How do I go about submitting a free offer on your site?
We are always looking for great free offers to add to our site. To submit your request, fill out our online form and tell us about your free item. We will determine if it is an offer we would like to post and will contact you by email. Make sure you clearly read the differences between free listings and those you pay for. Can I get a quantity of free offers for an event or to distribute to others?
Each free offer offer is generally for a single free sample. Our web site does not allow multiple orders of a particular free offer. Requests for larger quantities of a free offer or for donations of free offers cannot be accepted. We do not stock any of the free offers ourselves — they are shipped by the companies and organizations that offer them. Please do not use the contact form to request free offers.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation e-mail?
You or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be using an e-mail filter that is rejecting our e-mails. You may need to set the software to accept e-mail from FreeForCatholics.com, or you may need to contact your ISP. If you're ordering from work, your workplace may be blocking non 'work-related e-mails'. It's also possible that your mailbox may be full. Also, be sure your e-mail address is typed correctly.

Do you have a printed catalog that you could mail to me?
Free For Catholics does not have its own printed catalog. Our web site is the only listing of our free offers.

Can I get personal help or advice?
Please try to limit questions to the web site, free offer orders, or advertising. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to questions on subjects beyond this scope, such as personal advice, financial assistance, job searches, or help with homework.
